The initiative was born out of the passion of Miss Janet Sylvanus Awo. A bachelor of Law holder from Rivers State University. Janet Awo also served as the Director of Welfare Niger Delta Student Union Government, 2014.

She is a social actor, social influence and committed to changing the world through her innovative programs for the Girl-Child and youths.
